SGBS is committed to helping create a worldwide building environment that is cleaner, more efficient and totally ecology friendly​

Over the past five years, our team has perfected a building system that’s uniquely efficient, high-quality, competitive, thoroughly green and lego-erector-type of constructing for commercial and residential buildings. There are numerous SGBS related companies like plug and use components of electrical, plumbing, structural, hydrogen, etc that comprise the building system. Ultimate Wall (UW) is one of the of the SGBS related companies that will surpass and replace all traditional drywall, lumber, OSB, plywood, roof coverings, doors, cabinets and trim with an ecologically sound and superior structure with components that will superseded current building standards. The hundreds of highly reputable builders, architects and developers that have seen our product(s) in our model home agree that SGBS offers a building system that will change construction as we know it and outperform conventional construction at a reduced cost.

 One of the component companies of our building system is UW and is based on the utilization of agricultural and landscape remnants that are typically burned or buried.  Obviously, the carbon emissions elimination aspect of our product can make a huge impact on our environment and can be replicated worldwide. In addition, our finished goods can be transported throughout the U.S. and exported in significant quantities to address construction needs at any economic levels. SGBS stands ready to jumpstart the job market domestically and abroad, thus raising the standard of living globally unlike any other product that we know of. As an example, we currently have soft commitments for projects involving tens of thousands of homes and products from national builders, home-improvement stores and several countries.

Some of our panels will be dedicated for our building system and others will be stored for future orders for shipment to large distribution customers such as Lowes.

The first phase, Ultimate Wall (UW), the first startup company of the SGBS related companies, which will produce non-wood based building panels exclusively for SGBS, has developed the next-generation building solution.  Using only agricultural by-product and other recyclable “green” materials, UW will produce building panels exclusively for SGBS and use as exterior sheathing, interior walls, roof sheathing, and floor sheathing. In this first phase, as we mention above, SGBS will supply home-improvement stores to large distribution customers such as Lowes with the UW panel that will replace traditional drywall and plywood. Ultimately the final phasing will be the additional related companies that will inaugurate the building system to National Builders for sale a “Totally Green,” environmentally superior building system.

Additionally, our building system will help revitalize our domestic and foreign home construction numbers by lowering construction costs and increasing energy efficiencies.
