The validity of the mission statement has been solidly reinforced by everyone who has inspected the SGBS building system:  Manufacturing partners, subcontractors, realtors, builders, and all executive management team as well as representatives from several non-U.S. builders, such as China, Panama, Costa Rica, Chile, Argentina and other South American countries.  In each case, everyone’s first reaction closely mirrored that of 20 upscale homebuilders who toured the SGBS model home built to demonstrate the complete SGBS technology.  Comments, during and after the tour ranged from, “this is unbelievable,” to “this is going to revolutionize the building industry” and “how and where do I sign up?”

It is particularly noteworthy to point out that the SGBS technology has been viewed by 20 upscale homebuilders with decades of experience who have “kicked the tires” on every building system on the market today. Like the manufacturing partners and everyone else who has toured the SGBS model home, not one of them had ever seen a revolutionary building system that is like, or can compare to, SGBS.
